Professional qualification
Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
Therapy doesn't have to be about becoming someone else. It can be a place to explore who you are, what matters, and what you need.
Let's connect ↗I'm an integrative counsellor working with people navigating difficult experiences, transitions and questions about themselves.
My work is grounded in empathy, curiosity and respect for your pace. You don't need to arrive with the right words or a clear plan.
My journey into counselling began around ten years ago, when I was working as an interpreter, often during therapy sessions.
Being the third person in the room gave me a unique perspective. I witnessed the positive impact therapists could have on people’s lives, but I also saw how vulnerable it could feel for clients to share their most personal experiences.
Those experiences helped me understand just how important it is to have a safe, non-judgemental space where you can speak freely, feel heard and be understood.
They also inspired me to become a counsellor myself.
I have supported people experiencing addiction, eating disorders and other emotional difficulties. My work has taught me the value of listening carefully, staying curious and meeting each person without assumptions.
I am also a survivor of a high-control religious group. I understand from personal experience how complex it can be to question beliefs, leave a community that shaped your identity and find your own way forward.
And when I’m not counselling, you’ll often find me out exploring with Skylar, my husky.
